Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 5 February 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Vaivaioalisi Jackson, of 10 Sandhurst Drive, Papamoa, was convicted of the following offence - refusing to permit specimen of blood to be taken (subsequent offence) - and
in addition to the sentence imposed on her, the Court has ordered that a
Mitsubishi Sigma motor vehicle, registration No. LO 7191
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
