Market Licence
Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and the State Sector Act 1988, I, John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give
notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87U of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and granted to
Freedom Air Limited of Auckland, New Zealand, an open aviation market licence authorising the airline to operate international air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between points in New Zealand and points in Australia.
The licence was granted with effect from 11 September 2002.
