Notice of Appointments to the National Domestic Violence Programmes Approval Panel

Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the Domestic Violence (Programmes) Regulations 1996, the Chief Executive of the Department for Courts is pleased to appoint:
Antony Fisher, Regional Manager Northern, Department for Courts, of Auckland
as Chairperson of the National Domestic Violence Programmes Approval Panel, for the period commencing
on 8 August 2002 and expiring with the close of 31 July 2005; and
Tafaeafe A'aone Malifa-Leulua'iali'i Poutoa, social worker, of Lower Hutt (who, under Regulation 47 (2) (b), (d) and (f), has knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of the impact of domestic violence; has expertise in Pacific culture,
and knowledge and understanding of the impact
of domestic violence on Pacific communities; and
has skills or experience in working with children, respectively);
Taliaoa Filipo Tipoa'i, counsellor, of Auckland
(who, under Regulation 47 (2) (b), (d), and (g), has knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence; has expertise in Pacific culture,
and knowledge and understanding of the impact of domestic violence on Pacific communities; and has skills or experience in relation to persons who use domestic violence against others, respectively);
Timothy Michael Metcalfe, programme facilitator, of Wanganui (who, under Regulation 47 (2) (b) and (g), has knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence; and has skills or experience in relation to persons who use domestic violence against others, respectively);
Susan Friar da Silva, social worker, of Russell
(who, under Regulation 47 (2) (b) and (e), has knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence; and has skills or experience in relation to adult victims of domestic violence, respectively);
Karl-John Tukapua Allen, counsellor, of Whanganui (who, under Regulation 47 (2) (b), (c) and (g), has knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence; has expertise in tikanga Maori, and knowledge and understanding of the impact of domestic violence on Maori communities; and has skills or experience in relation to persons who use domestic violence against others, respectively);
Allan Russell Waetford, facilitator, of Whangarei
(who, under Regulation 47 (2) (b), (c) and (g), has knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence; has expertise in tikanga Maori, and knowledge and understanding of the impact of domestic violence on Maori communities; and has skills or experience in relation to persons who use domestic violence against others, respectively);
Daryl Garth Gregory, chief executive officer, of Christchurch (who, under Regulation 47 (2) (b), (c) and (g), has knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence; has expertise in tikanga Maori, and knowledge and understanding
of the impact of domestic violence on Maori communities; and has skills or experience in relation to persons who use domestic violence against others, respectively);
Herarere Clarke, manager, of Otahuhu (who, under Regulation 47 (2) (b), (c) and (f), has knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence; has expertise in tikanga Maori, and knowledge and understanding of the impact of domestic violence on Maori communities; and has skills or experience in working with children, respectively);
Ngaropi Diane Cameron, facilitator, New Plymouth (who, under Regulation 47 (2) (b), (c) and (e), has knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence; has expertise in tikanga Maori, and knowledge and understanding of the impact of domestic violence on Maori communities; and has skills or experience in relation to adult victims of domestic violence, respectively)
as members of the National Domestic Violence Programmes Approval Panel for the period commencing 8 August 2002 and expiring with the close of 31 July 2005.
Notice of Appointment of Deputy Panel Member of the National Domestic Violence Programmes Approval Panel
Pursuant to Regulation 54 of the Domestic Violence (Programmes) Regulations 1996, the Chief Executive is pleased to appoint:
Susan Little, Regional Manager Waikato
as Deputy to the Chairperson of the National Domestic Violence Programmes Approval Panel, for the period commencing on 8 August 2002 and expiring with the
close of 31 July 2005.
