The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board ("the board"), having been directed by the board, in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical workers having been disciplined by the board under Part XI of the Electricity Act 1992, and the effect of the decision or order of the board:
George Richard Holden, of Invercargill, has been fined seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750) and ordered to pay costs of one thousand dollars ($1000). The fine and costs were to be paid by Friday, 21 December 2001.
Peter Nicholas Logan, of Tauranga, has had his registration restricted for a period of 18 months from 4 May 2001. The restriction is that Peter Nicholas Logan must forward all copies of all certificates of compliances completed for prescribed electrical work carried out to the Registrar within 30 days of the completion of that electrical work. Peter Nicholas Logan was also ordered to pay costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750). The costs were to be paid by Tuesday, 19 June 2001.
Kieron Ross Duffy, of Auckland, has been fined five hundred dollars ($500) and ordered to pay costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750). The fine and costs were to be paid by Tuesday, 30 October 2001.
Barry Clifford Gatehouse, of Christchurch, has been censured and ordered to pay costs of nine hundred and fifty dollars ($950). The costs were to be paid by Friday, 10 August 2001.
Dennis Edward Skinner, of Lower Hutt, has been fined five hundred dollars ($500) and ordered to pay
costs of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750).
The costs were to be paid by Monday, 8 April 2002.
