Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Meredith D. Lowe & Associates Chartered Accountants Limited, hereby give notice that we intend to apply to
the District Registrar of Companies at Christchurch for the removal of the above?named company, having its registered office at 145 Tancred Street, Ashburton, on the grounds specified under section 318 (2) (a) or section 318 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objections to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar within 28 days of the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
