Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above?named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that we, the undersigned directors, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of Georgia-Pacific Global Corporation
("the company"), whose registered office is situated at PricewaterhouseCoopers, 113-119 The Terrace, Wellington, from the New Zealand Register after the 18th day of November 2002 (being a date not less than three months after the date of this notice), pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, in connection with the company ceasing to carry on business in New Zealand.
