Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register

Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and this Act.
Any objection to the removal of this company from the
New Zealand Register must be delivered to the Registrar by the 15th day of September 2002, which is not less than
20 working days after the date of this notice.
