Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that an application to remove Elsag Bailey Pty Limited from the Register will be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and
no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of
the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 23rd day of August 2002.
