Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 319 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies
on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business.
Objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, shall close 20 working days after the date of this publication.
