New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993

On the 26th day of March 2002, it was resolved by
special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, that Refresh Communication Limited be removed from the New Zealand Register.
It is intended that the company be removed from the Register on the grounds that the company has ceased
to carry on business, has discharged its full liabilities to
all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given that any objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 20th day of July 2002 at Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, Auckland.
