Notice of Intention to Removal the Above-named Company From the Register
I intend to remove the above-named company from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of
the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased carrying on business, has discharged in full
its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies within
20 workings days from the date of publication of this notice.
