Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland after the 28th day of June 2002, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Anzon Energy Limited, whose registered office is situated at 11 Gunner Drive, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland, New Zealand, from the New Zealand Companies Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Australia.
