Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register

It is the intention of the company to request the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities
to all its known creditors.
Any objection must be filed with the Registrar of Companies, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, by the 22nd day of February 2002.
