Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955
I, Maurice George Noone, liquidator of Design 2000 Homes Limited, whose registered office is situated at the offices of Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Forsyth Barr House, The Octagon, Dunedin, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended) and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from
the Register of Companies.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), must be delivered to
the Registrar no later than the 16th day of May 2002.
