TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 4) 2002

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce, the Manager, Regulatory and Competition Policy Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following Notice.

NOTICE

1. Title - This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 4) 2002.
2. Commencement - This Notice comes into force on 1 January 2003.
3. Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended - The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of Tariff items 3702.53.00, and 3702.54.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
4. Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended - The Tariff is hereby further amended by revoking the statistical keys represented by the Tariff item and code 8708.31.09 01F, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice.
