Take notice that on the 17th day of October 2002, an application for putting Inveran Holdings Limited, Kitewaho Bush Reserve Co Limited, Boutsen Holdings Limited, Abacus Developments Limited and Waitakere Forestry Park Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 19th day of December 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant companies, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Stephen McDonald, whose address for service is at the office of Stephen McDonald, Solicitor, Level Twelve, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55 Shortland Street, Auckland Central.
