Take notice that on the 29th day of October 2002, an application for putting Rattrays Wholesale Limited
(in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 19th day of December 2002
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Allied Foods Co Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Associates, Level Five, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Any documents may be served on the plaintiff at that address or:
(a) posted to Lowndes Associates at P.O. Box 7311, Auckland; or
