Take notice that on the 30th day of September 2002, an application for the winding up of Xain Corp Publishing Limited (previously known as Absolute Publishing Limited and Alondra Holdings Limited) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 21st day of November 2002 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
