Take notice that on the 27th day of September 2002, an application for putting Yukich Brothers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of November 2002 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is HG Leach & Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of McCaw Lewis Chapman, Solicitors, Fourth Floor, McCaw Lewis Centre, 312 Victoria Street (P.O. Box 19-221 or D.X. G.P. 20-020), Hamilton.
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 19-221, Hamilton; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. G.P. 20-020, Hamilton; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (07) 839 4652.
