Take notice that on the 9th day of August 2002, an application for putting Wayne Wetton Insurance Brokers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Blenheim.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Blenheim on the 24th day of October 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Lawyers, Level One, United Building,
107 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
