Take notice that on the 14th day of August 2002, an application for putting Plant and Machinery Sales Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 17th day of October 2002
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is BOC Limited (formerly known as BOC Gases New Zealand Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Receivables Management (NZ) Limited, Sixth Floor, 77 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
