Take notice that on the 19th day of September 2002, an application for putting Paparua Maori Charitable Trust Board into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 29th day of October 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust board, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Paparua Maori Charitable Trust Board, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower,
78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. W.P. 20-307, Christchurch.
