Take notice that on the 19th day of August 2002, an application for putting Letz Rent A Car Limited (previously named Sean McBride Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 10th day of October 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
