Take notice that on Tuesday, the 18th day of December 2001, an application for putting Hirini Contractors Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 25th day of February 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Puhinui Airport Park Limited, whose address for service is Level Four, 28 Davies Avenue, Manukau City.
