In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Toops Wholesale Limited, of Upper Hutt-Plaintiff:
And-Manaia Trading Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wanganui-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 28th day of January 2002, an application for putting Manaia Trading Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 20th day of March 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Toops Wholesale Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Wrigley Law, Solicitor,
197 Marine Parade, Napier.
