Pursuant to section 78 of the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a sub-delegation to me by the Director of Land Transport Safety by an instrument dated 3 May 1999,
I, Peter Graeme Croft, Manager Safer Roads, hereby amend the "Part-time School Speed Limit Zones" notice dated
9 December 1999* and issued pursuant to section 78 of the Transport Act 1962, by:
(a) revoking those provisions in Schedule 2 of the notice dated 9 December 1999* specified in Schedule 1 of this notice; and
(b) inserting in Schedule 2 of the notice dated
9 December 1999* those provisions specified in Schedule 2 of this notice.
Schedule 1
Duration of the Trial
The period of the part-time school speed limit zones
trial shall start after 24 January 2000 and shall end on
20 December 2001.
The part-time school speed limit zones trial shall apply
to all signs specified in this Schedule.
Schedule 2
Duration of the Trial
The period of the part-time school speed limit zones
trial shall start after 24 January 2000 and shall end on
30 June 2002.
The part-time school speed limit zones trial shall apply
to all signs specified in this Schedule.
