On the 26th day of March 2002, Leo Hugh Kensington, being the holder of a debenture dated the 16th day of November 2000 and registered at the Companies Office at Auckland on the 23rd day of November 2000 issued to the Bank of New Zealand by Dargaville Machinery Centre 2000 Limited and assigned to Leo Hugh Kensington on the
15th day of March 2002, appointed Brett Hoddle, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of all the undertakings, property and assets of the company.
