Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an order in the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry, and section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Robert Ross Horton and John Albert Price, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Concept Holdings Limited (in liquidation) on the 7th day of November 2002 at 10.06 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators of Concept Holdings Limited (in liquidation) fix the 20th day of December 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
