Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The Companies Act 1993
It was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named
non-trading companies be liquidated and John Fokerd and Alan Isaac, chartered accountants of Wellington, be appointed liquidators.
An order of the High Court at Wellington dated the 11th day of October 2002 authorised these appointments.
The liquidations commenced on the 11th day of October 2002 at 3.30 p.m.
The liquidators fix the 24th day of November 2002, as the day on or before which any creditors of these companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
