Bruce McCallum and David Vance, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of Seafresh New Zealand Limited on the 26th day of August 2002 at 11.12 a.m., by the High Court at Wellington.

A meeting of creditors of Seafresh New Zealand Limited
(in liquidation) will be held at the offices of McCallum Petterson, Level Eight, Lombard House, 95 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, on Monday, the 30th day of September 2002 at 11.00 a.m.

To consider:
1. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
2. Resolutions expressing the views of creditors.
3. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 14th day of October 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
