Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 1st day of August 2002 at 12.35 p.m., when the High Court at Auckland appointed Derek Farrelly as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
