Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of July 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Silverstream Land Investments Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Gavin Woodward, accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of July 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
