Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Roy James Cowley, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 14th day of June 2002 at 12.00 midday.
