Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator
Pursuant to section 250 of the Companies Act 1993,
the liquidation of Samarang Developments Limited
("the company") was terminated on the 2nd day of May 2002.
Subsequently, pursuant to sections 241 (2) (c) and 241 (4) (a) (d) of that Act, Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator of the company on the 2nd day of May 2002 by order of the Court.
