Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 19th day of March 2002 at 11.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Glenbrook Run Company Limited be liquidated and that Ronald Grant Taylor, chartered accountant of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of March 2002 at 11.00 a.m.
