Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Bernard Spencer Montgomerie, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of Coastal Barging Limited by resolution of the shareholders on the 20th day of February 2002 at 10.10 a.m.
The liquidator requires creditors to file claims and establish any priority their claim may have by the 25th day of March 2002.
