Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 15th day of February 2002 at 1.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Lazarus Plumbing & Drainage Limited be liquidated and that Allan Jack Brian, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of February 2002 at 1.00 p.m.
