Raymond G. Burgess was appointed liquidator of the Raw Deal Limited on the 19th day of February 2002 and Galpro Sales Limited on the 18th day of February 2002 by special resolution of shareholders.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 22nd day of March 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
