Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 11th day of February 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Same Day Printers (Business Cards & Forms) New Zealand Limited be liquidated and that Carol Elizabeth Fletcher, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of February 2002 at 11.15 a.m.
