Take notice that the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland proposes to restore the following company to the Register of Companies:
Manor Inn Management Limited. AK. 376585. Applicant: L. J. Dixon-Parrant, P.O. Box 240, Auckland.
The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that this company was carrying on business or was operating, or some other reason existed for this company to remain on the Register at the time it was removed from the Register.
Any person who objects to the restoration of this company to the Register must deliver a notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Auckland within 28 working days from the date of this notice.
