-Leithfield Road, Balcairn
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired and declared to be road and shall vest in the Hurunui District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that, pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3):
(i) The portion of stopped road firstly described in
the Second Schedule be amalgamated with the
land in certificate of title CB13F/176, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 374020.2.
(ii) The portion of stopped road secondly described in
the Second Schedule be amalgamated with the
land in certificate of title CB13F/175, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 374020.2.
(iii) The portion of stopped road thirdly described in
the Second Schedule be amalgamated with the
land in certificate of title CB32B/1263, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 478428.4.
(iv) The portion of stopped road fourthly described in
the Second Schedule be amalgamated with the
land in certificate of title CB38C/1102.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and vested in the Hurunui District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and further declares that, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(i) The area firstly described in the Fourth Schedule be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB13F/176, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 374020.2.
(ii) The area secondly described in the Fourth Schedule be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB13F/175, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 374020.2.
(iii) The area thirdly described in the Fourth Schedule be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title CB32B/1263, subject to memorandum of mortgage A. 478428.4.
