Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
to this notice is hereby acquired for State school, and easements to drain and discharge stormwater, subject to the rights and powers of clauses 3 and 4 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, appurtenant to the land described in the First and Third Schedules to this notice, are hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in New Zealand Gazette.
