Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga District Council declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 16 (2A), the council, on 8 October 2001, approved the classification of the land described in
the First Schedule as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserve Act.
(b) Pursuant to section 16 (2A), the council, on 8 October 2001, approved the classification of the land described in
the Second Schedule as local purpose reserve (drainage), subject to the provisions of the Reserve Act.

Land to be Classified as Local Purpose Reserve (Road)
1.0560 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 61823 and being part Lot 28, D.P. S. 81603, being part of the land contained in certificate of title 64B/344.
Second Schedule
Land to be Classified as Local Purpose Reserve (Drainage)
7.8223 hectares, more or less, being Sections 2 and 3, S.O. Plan 61823 and being part Lot 28, D.P. S. 81603, being part of the land contained in certificate of title 64B/344.
