Waikato District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road
and vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated
with the land in certificate of title 45D/718, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
