Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a papakainga, including provision for sporting activities and in support of the neighbouring marae and urupa to be known as the Kapehu Maori Reservation for the common use and benefit of the owners of Kapehu I Block as recorded at
23 July 2001 and their descendants.

All that piece of land situated in Block II and Block VI, Tokatoka Survey District and described as follows:
