A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road and to be vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Otago Land District
228 square metres, more or less, being Section 18, Block XV, Town of Alexandra, and being all of the land in certificate of title 211/29.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 19th day of September 2001.
