Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of protecting the fauna and flora and the preservation of its Maori cultural significance, to be known as the Part Orokawa 3B Lot 12 Maori reservation for the common use and benefit of its owners and their descendants.
