Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is to be road vested in the Wellington City Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice are to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 21D/613 (Wellington Registry).
