Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set aside to be included in the Maori reservation and that land shall form part of the reservation over Waipuka
2U Block which was set aside as a church and cemetery reserve upon trust for the native owners of the block on
17 July 1902.
