Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes of the Maori reservation on the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto be redefined by substituting for the existing purposes as set out in
New Zealand Gazette, 19 July 1990, No. 123, page 2532, that the class of persons now should be Te Arikinui
Te Atairangikaahu, her Te Maika lessees and her invitees.
